Fatty acid promoter - GFP - crtZ gene - term - lacl - fadR gene - term

This circuit has a fatty acid promoter that only works in the presence of fadR, which is present in the second, half of the circuit, and codes for crtZ and GFP in a fatty acid concentration dependant manner.
